Our Wellness Program consists of several group fitness classes along with a swimming pool that includes a wading area, swim area and lap lanes. We also offer a fitness center with state-of-the-art Echelon fitness equipment as well as a space to do your own small workout. Contact us for more information.

Silver & Strong will give you the energy you need to start your day. The class is comprised of exercises that use bodyweight, dumbbells, bands and balls that will help strengthen your muscles, make you feel strong as well as improve your balance all the while enjoying the company of others.
Fun & Fit is a great way to ease into your day. We use light weights, bands and balls to help warm up your muscles, improve your flexibility as well as help you with balance all the while socializing and having fun with others.
Tai Chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and a controlled beathing. Tai Chi originated as an ancient martial art in China. Over the years, it has become more focused on health promotion and rehabilitation. It helps with balance, and it may help reduce falls.
Parkinson’s STRONG will get you up and moving. This class consists of all the recommended exercise formats that will help People with Parkingson’s (PWP) to live a long and fulfilled life by using bodyweight, bands, balls and dumbbells that will improve strength, balance, endurance and flexibility all the while enjoying the company of other PWP!
Zumba Gold is a fun and inclusive fitness class for seniors. It offers low impact movements, flexibility enhancement, social interaction, and cardiovascular benefits for all fitness levels.
Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair Yoga classes typically target those with physical disabilities or aging men and women who find a typical yoga session too challenging.
Pilates Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility.
Water Aerobics is an excellent way to a fit and healthy body. Classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. It takes advantage of your buoyancy in the water and resistance the water creates. Whatever an individual’s fitness goals or therapeutic needs, they can be met with our water aerobics class.
